I have enjoyed this very much and it has definitely helped me start the season off. It has also been beneficial to my mental health - it has helped me build a consistent approach and given me inspiration to do things I wouldn't normally do.

"Thank you for this challenge - it has been a great motivator over the last 2 months. My workbook morphed into a diary/journal and gave me far more focus. It also made me appreciate how much variety my riding instructor puts into our lessons, and it's made me actively seek out different activities and exercises to do with Ted to keep him interested."
